Service Description

Our MMA Class is for everyone. Here you will learn all the fundamentals of Mixed Martial Arts and how to put them together. We encourage all levels to come along and train where you will partner with someone of a similar ability and skill level as yourself. Please if you can bring a gum shield and any other kit you may have to wear for any contact training and sparring. If you wish to NOT to do any contact sparring then please let the instructor know.
