Service Description

This class is designed for absolute beginners to give you an insight into Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Here you will learn and develop a basic understanding of the moments and key positions used in the sport. For this class you will need to wear a Gi / Kimono and belt which can be hired from reception or you are welcome to purchase your own (highly recommended).
