Service Description

This class is design for ALL levels to attend. We encourage all our students to come to these sessions no matter your grade where you will learn a wide variety of movements and positions. These sessions can include some specific training along with light sparring / rolling. We also invite any one who wants to keep sparring to continue after the class with any other students who want to continue training.
